Full truck load
One consignment, one lorry, door to door. The rate is agreed before the vehicle moves and held for the trip.
Part load
Space when you do not need a whole vehicle. Billed on what you actually send, not on what the lorry could have carried.
Express movement
Time-critical loads flagged from the moment the order is taken, so the vehicle is found first and watched hardest.

Scheduled lifting against your purchase orders — read straight from your email into ours, without anyone retyping a line.
The system
GRidSix modules, one thread.
An enquiry becomes a quote, a quote becomes an order, an order becomes a lorry with a name on it. Nothing is re-entered on the way.
Sales
Enquiries, market rates, quotes and orders. A quote is built from the customer's own loads and the agreed rate is copied onto the order, so it cannot move later.
Operations
Placement, one vehicle at a time. Every lorry carries its number, its driver, its reporting time — and a pickup is only successful once the vehicle has actually reported.
Accounts
What was agreed, what it cost and what is left. Charges, hired rates and margin sit on the load they belong to rather than in a separate ledger.
Fleet
Own, attached and market vehicles in one master, with their own vehicle types. A lorry typed in during placement is added automatically rather than lost as free text.
HR
Employees, branches and logins. A person is assigned to a branch, and the branch decides what they see — head office sees everything.

Every lorry has a name
Not “3 of 5 placed”. The vehicle number, the driver, his phone, and the time he reported — on the order, for anyone who asks.
The rate does not move
What was agreed is copied onto the order the moment you confirm. A later re-quote cannot change what you were told.
Nothing is retyped
Your purchase orders are read out of email and become orders in minutes — not the next morning, and not with a digit missing.
